7. What if my programmer takes a day off? If one programmer is absent a replacement is at hand in most cases. However, arrangements over 6 months should expect occassional sick leaves by the employees for which we shall ensure that there is an auxiliary programmer provided to you for any urgent tasks. These sick leaves shall not increase beyond 10 each year. For short term arrangements we always provide a replacement after consulation with the client. Apart from the day offs, Cervo Technologies does not operate during the national holidays and clients should expect 10 - 12 national holidays during a calendar year. All the clients are notified in advance about the upcoming holidays. If a client wishes to continue development through the national holidays Holiday rates are applicable for that period of time.
