No. This is a Dedicated programmer arrangement wherein you will be managing and instructing your programmer. If you

have an idea/concept for a software or web application
want programmers to execute your project
desire to manage your project and programmers yourself from concept to execution
want your .NET programmers to be proactive instead of reactive
want to have 24 hrs development to speed up work

We encourage you to hire our .NET programmers to work on your IT projects from our office. This set up is quite economical as our monthly rates are reasonable with no hidden cost. You pay only USD$ 2400 per month for three to six months projects. For projects over one year and more our rates our further low that is USD$ 2100.00 that include all the set up cost.

Down payment – 30%
Beta - Development is completed before release to the client's side – 40%,
Final payment within 30 days after project completion and release to customer side– 30%.

If one programmer is absent a replacement is at hand in most cases. However, arrangements over 6 months should expect occassional sick leaves by the employees for which we shall ensure that there is an auxiliary programmer provided to you for any urgent tasks. These sick leaves shall not increase beyond 10 each year. For short term arrangements we always provide a replacement after consulation with the client.

Apart from the day offs, Cervo Technologies does not operate during the national holidays and clients should expect 10 - 12 national holidays during a calendar year. All the clients are notified in advance about the upcoming holidays. If a client wishes to continue development through the national holidays Holiday rates are applicable for that period of time.
